All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, accidental orders, or buyer preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact vexaresearchlabs@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the package and affected products.

After reviewing the information, we may provide an appropriate replacement for an eligible damaged or incorrect order. Do not discard any product or packaging until we have completed our review.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
